What’s in it for you?
I started my journey in tech as a software engineer for a 1000 people company in the Bay Area in California. I started working on products and quickly realized writing good code is only one part of software engineering. There are 99 other difficult things that I had to learn to deal with at tech companies. Since then, I’ve worked in multiple disciplines in tech - a few years ago as a product lead, and my latest transition to a technical customer success engineer at a SaaS company. I have worked on teams which valued the energy and effort I brought to my work, and have also been part of those for whom I was just a headcount. I have enjoyed big wins, catastrophic failures, and everything in between.
I am an avid reader, but I have always struggled to find high quality, reliable content that really spoke to me and helped me navigate the corporate tech life. Something that would constantly coach me into growing in my role, managing the money I was making, and staying sane in my tech job.
This newsletter is my humble attempt to write the content I have always wanted to read - How to grow in my career, unblock myself and others, and grow personally in the process.
Together, I aim to celebrate our wins and talk through our lows. Can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together 🚀
